Abbey Garden Terrace, Colchester

February 2018

Mark Perkins Partnership assisted with the architectural design and detailing for these five luxurious 3-storey town houses, produced for Lexden Restorations. Located within walking distance into Colchester Town centre, this selection of elegant new homes sit within a gated residence with private shared garden. 

Creffield Road, Colchester

November 2017

Working on behalf of Tey Gardens LLP, Mark Perkins Partnership designed three new town houses in the exclusive Lexden area of Colchester, Essex.

Coconut Cottages, Long Melford

January 2016

Working on behalf of Rose Builders, Mark Perkins Partnership designed four new build properties and a listed outbuilding refurbishment within a walled garden in Long Melford, Essex.

Primrose Hall, Wrabness

January 2015

Working on behalf of Rose Builders, Mark Perkins Partnership designed this restoration and extension of a listed building into a swimming pool and leisure facility for hire in Wrabness, Essex.

Greengates, Tiptree

July 2020

Mark Perkins Partnership obtained Planning permission and Building Regulations approval for a large front and side extension. The clients were keen to replicate existing Gothic Style windows within the design which enlarged the existing house to 5 bedrooms including a new Kitchen/Breakfast room and centralised staircase and landing.

Sovereign Crescent, Colchester

January 1998

Much admired, standing on the site of the former Colchester Maternity Hospital on Lexden Road, this development of 14 three-storey town houses was designed by Mark Perkins Partnership for Lexden Restorations to echo the Regency Crescents of Bath and Cheltenham. Additionally, a specially-commissioned sculpture by Shirley Morrison pays memory to the thousands of babies that were born on this site.

Chapel House, West Bergholt

January 2018

Working on behalf of Yates Developers, Mark Perkins Partnership designed a luxurious 3 bedroom detached new build house, built to a very high standard in the village of West Bergholt.

Stable 6, Colchester

March 2016

Working on behalf of Lexden Restorations, Mark Perkins Partnership designed the plans for the restoration of a Grade 2 Listed building, part of the original Cavalry Barracks within the existing Colchester Garrison, originally built in 1864.
